Guys, after reviewing the booked pegs vs match costs it was evident there was to be a large weekly shortfall in monies in and monies out.
A proposal was put to the group to either cover this with reducing pegs booked or raise match fees to keep the books in balance.
since then 2 other options have been raised which are thought to be worth putting out a revote, These are reduce match day pay outs or a hybrid of reducing pay outs and a slight increase to the match fees.

we have 20 pegs booked and 16 members wanting to join.

last year we had 20 pegs booked and 23 members who joined.

The average match attendance last year of big bash members was 14 members out of 23. Some matches only 12 attended out of 23 members. We do gratefully appreciate riders joining but cannot bank on these supporting our club.

Whilst we have money in the "bank" we urgently need to address the situation before the season starts
