Total club costs for this weekend are a negative £271 to our accounts.

We seriously need to review and consider the number of pegs we book in future so as not to make a loss on the event.

We are however indebted to a couple of our legends who have assisted in supporting the club although they are not with us.

Big Glen made a donation of his fishing tackle and sales have raised £810. Tina has also donated Glens lottery money of £70 to the club which takes the total to £880.
The surplus tackle was donated to a fishing charity in Thurnsco that supports getting kids into fishing

Max prior to his passing also donated £180 towards this year legends weekend matches.

These donations ensure that this weekend costs do not hit the clubs financial books in a negative way but I would suggest we still need to review how many pegs we book or our payout costs going forward for our matches to prevent the cub running at a loss. If we do not balance our books correctly we run the risk of the club going under
