Please see updated rules from Hallcroft fishery management

Hallcroft Rules Update
Due to continued misuse and flouting of our fishery rules it has been necessary to update our rules policy.
It has come to our attention that many anglers are using non Hallcroft feed pellets.  This rule is in place to make sure that all feed put into our water is safe and nutritional for the fish. We cannot be sure of this if pellets are sourced from elsewhere.  Most fisheries enforce this rule; therefore, we are reminding match anglers and pleasure fisherman alike that this rule will be enforced in future.
It has also been necessary to ban the use of seed-based feeds and bait including hemp.  Only sweetcorn is now allowed. This is because some anglers are using inferior seed-based baits for feeding such as Pidgeon Conditioner as a cheaper alternative to hemp. It is entirely possible that Carp cannot digest Pidgeon Conditioner and could cause harm to the fish.
We will also no longer allow cupping rigs in pole cups and no standing up mugging fish.
There is a full list of rules below.
Thank you for your continued support
