Glen Hanysz Memorial Match 21.3.26
On the 20th March 2025 Big Glen fished his last match with us at Lindholme lakes on his favourite strip lake. With help from Stefan, many of his angling friends and work colleagues were able to share this occasion and many others visited him on the day as well to speak with Glen and share the special moment. He was to sadly pass away on the night of the 28th March.
Many friends and anglers have requested a memorial match in his memory, so Glens favourite Strip lake has been booked with 15 pegs for a match in his memory. The match date is Saturday 21st March 2026 which is the closest Saturday to when he last fished with us. It is also hoped to raise a little money for Rotherham Hospice from this day.
If more than anglers want to fish, I will try to arrange more pegs and expand the match
I am asking for a £11 deposit to be paid in advance to secure your place on the match.
On the day a payment of £14 will required which will cover pools and a donation to Rotherham hospice. If you want to round it off to £15 the extra will go to the hospice.

pegging 15 x £11 =£165
pools 15 x £7 = £105 ( 1 x match winner £30, 3 x section winners of 5 anglers @£25)
Donation 15 x £7 = £105 for Rotherham Hospice
If more than 15 anglers, the numbers above will change as required however pools and donation amount will stay the same.
