Special committee meeting 9.1.2023 on "teams" attended by Jasper, Andy Waite, Glen ane Leo
Following events on of the winter league round 4 Grange Park Osprey 7.1.23 match a special commmittee meeting was held to review the results and disqualifications issued.
Steve Jacksons DSQ removed. Re-instated with weight and points from results.
Steve had removed his net having been told it should not be in the water till 15mins before the match
Dave Fox DSQ removed. Re-instated with weight, points from results and prize monies.
Rules do not state time when nets can be put in water or waiting for a signal
Changes to rules to be made with additions.
Nets to be laid out and exposed to UV rays until 15 minutes time prior to match start when a siganal to be made for nets to be put in water.

Statements to be added
1 / Anyone caught or reported breaking rules before the match to be told of instant disqualification. Whilst allowed to fish the peg it would be pleasure only with weight and result not counting.
2 / Anyone accused of breaking match rules during or after the match will be have the complaint logged
The incident will be investigated after the match by the committee and accused be told of the results after the investigation has concluded.
No prize money or points will be issued until the investigation is completed.
The accused has the right to defend themself and will be invited to the investigation for input.
The committees decision will be full and final.
