1/ Committee members – new, old, positions.       No change, everyone happy, club being ran very well
2/Accounts, explanation into amounts         All accepted
3/Summer league 2022               Good season, all happy
4/Club rules                  New rule to add:-
Restrict pegging to 20 in total if accepting riders so as not to have too tight pegging. If more club members want to fish then accept them and try to book extra pegs.
5/Complaints                  None
6/Number of members for 2023 Summer League      limit to 25. Note new members to be accepted however those who have fished more in previous season to be given priority
7/2023 venues as list               All accepted. Try to change the lake croft at Hallcroft as reported too small and tight corners.
8/ Match  attendance               cap at 20 unless members want to fish then ask for extra pegs
9/ Rod only match               Suggested venues with vote results Loco (12), Bennies (2)  and New lake Grange park (1). Loco passed.
10/ Afternoon match               Merrys
11/ Pegging Fees               remain at £21. Explanation some weeks in red, some weeks in green however over the season it balances out
12/ Match deposits               Remain at £10. Which had been returned
13/ Natural venue suggestion            Declined
14/ Use of float / method on pole         Fishery rules apply
15/ Legends weekend               Remain at Lindholme. Try to change off Beeches however aware it has been booked in advance so may be unable to do so
16/ Different venue to try for a weekend away      Support from 8 members at least. Separate post to be added on forum including suggestions for venue
17/ Head to Head league            Discussion on format, season wide league where anglers fish different anglers each week to score points throughout season. Biggest fish money to provide prize at season end
18/ Match start times discussion         Vote taken 10 to 4 = 8 vote. 10.30 to 4.30 = 14 votes. New start time for 2023 summer league season.
