I have included all league members however these will require confirmation of attendance .If not confirmed by 29th June they will be removed to be replaced by reserves of forum members before opening it to other riders
A no show will result in a £7.00 charge to cover the pegging fee so as not to effect the pools. This will also be applied if not cancelled 7 days prior to the match.
A new fishery to the Big Bash this one. It is now managed and operated by Steve Gregory and rapidly growing in popularity with good match returns.

Messaged steve Gregory about gold lake.....
It's 4-6 foot. Pole long shallow on 6mm. 2 plus 2 on 6mm. Bomb and pellet at 30 m with pellet wag over top. Margins should work in last couple of hours
As you can see not complicated.
Don't have to use fishery pelletts.
More info on BB facebook page
Cheers jack but can you use meat and can you trim ur bush asking for a friend cheers
No meat balls
All the rules are on the web site http://www.woldviewfisheries.com/fishing-rules/
Looking at the video it looks like trolleys will be needed for some pegs.
Gold has a road around most of the lake now covering a lot of the pegs where you can park behind.
Roughly pegs 6-14 the roadside you can park behind and access to 15-17 short walk.
Via silver lake entrance (just past Gold) there is a road leading from 34 down to peg 22 where there is a car park and a short walk to pegs 21 to 18.
The only pegs with a bit of a walk are 1 to 4 and the pegs across the bridge on the island, usually fished are 35. (flier), 36 and 37. Park just past silver lake enterance for these.
My club have a match on there Thursday but i can't fish due to being at work but can pass on results beforehand....
If you need any info let me know, cheers Paul
Paul,
Any info will help buddy, thanks already
Only says cat or dog meat ?
Leo
Could you add Sofie Moss on our match please.
Added big fella
To clarify on using meat on there:-
You can fish luncheon meat or the like - no problem.
However you cannot fish dog or cat food meat.
Few years back a lot fished the meatball on a bomb but meatballs are now not allowed.
My work club had a knock up there yesterday but due to a big shutdown going on at work, only half a dozen fished and only on the roadside pegs 6-14, I understand it was a steady days fishing in the bright sun with corner peg 14 winning with 58lbs, but lost a fair few in Lilly's - think on 2+2 on pole 6mm feeding 4mm after a slow start, the others most had 40lb+ back ups so close, a few catching on the bomb and pellet also, with you having the full lake and spread out sure will get a few, tight lines....
Thanks for the info mte gunna be a good un
Dont be late for breakie, it's supposed to be busy this weekend. They have heard the Big Bash is in town
Kev should have a lay-by set up pans and lard at the ready 😃
