Merry Xmas everyone, peace and good will to all

My Christmas gift will have be some thing
Other than those but I'll have a good look at something else
Best wishes from cookie
I am proposing an early pay on for this match so we can hopefully finish early
Pay on for 08:10 so draw can be held at 08:15.
Match to run from 09:30 whistle to finish at 15:30 to give more time for F & F draw and AGM if it is held after the match.
same will be confirmed when we have a decision over the AGM.
Duke lake has 40 pegs and we have 20 anglers fishing. Any recommended pegging for 20 anglers? Not sure if we have the whole lake .
Don't think we will have whole lake Leo Sue puts nets out in the pegs we have been allocated
We have pegs 2 - 22.
sharing the lake with Walkley Winter League
Okay Guys,
Pegs 2 to 22 are ours for the F & F match which on this fishery still gives us loads of room between each other and also across the lake despite another clubs match being on it.
Park behind each peg as well so no treking
After the match has been weighed in we will move into one of the atch cabis whihc Sue has kindly allowed us to use for our after match events
The seasons prizes will be handed out after the F & F match:
Biggest Fish
Challenge Cup winner
Challange cup runner up
Second bite of the cherry challenge winner
Second bite of the cherry challenge runner up
Summer league 4th place
Summer leaguge 3rd place
Summer league second place
Summer league winner
Plan is to hold the traditional season gift exchange after the match.
Plan is also to hold the clubs AGM after the tradional seasonal gift exchange so hopefully some of the members can stay back for this also.
In order to accomodate the above I would like everyone to please be paid on for 08:10 so the draw can be made at 08:15
Match start time to also be brought forward to 09:30 in with final whistle being blown by Glen at 15:30.
Weighing in to be conducted by ourselves using fishery tripod and bag, Big Bash AC scales.
This hopefully allows us to complete our business in a timely manner
Please please be aware of fishery rules which will ahve to be followed :-
a strict 50lb net limit
Carp in seperate nets
Silvers in their own net
12 inch lash between float and rod / pole tip
2 inch float
4 inch minimum hook length
Barbless Hooks
More details are below
http://www.springvalefishinglakes.co.uk/siteinfo.html
Hooks, terminal tackle and bait will be checked by the bailiff as they are every match and pleasure session. On my last visit the count was over 100 anglers this year for breaking the rules who are now banned. Breaking of rules also reflects on our good clubs name.
Guys,
The order of the day will be draw, fish, weigh in, presentation, F& F then AGM.
Can I please ask how many members will be staying back for the AGM?
I will ??? 8) O0
I will
Is Kevin the carrot hanging back for the AGM? :drummer:
Please note as per agreed rules the F & F will be paid out on enhanced first and second section monies only.
20 anglers, 8 will receive brown envalopes :)
Has anyone else have anything for discussion at the agm ???? If so can it be put on the agenda so it will save time
On Saturday...
AGM Questions typed out which are on forum and I have feedback / responoses from a couple of members who cannot attend.
Match day paperwork sorted
