Okay guys, time to share any local knowledge on the venue, lake, stamp of fish and style fo fishing.
there are mixed reports on the animal/ bird life at the venue. some say all gone however there are reports of Peacocks attacking cars where they dislike their own reflection in the darker coloured cars.
some say its also park behind your pegs (which will be good for myself) and welcomed by most.
Ru;les taken off a facebook post as below.
Hi all. A question we often get asked so here are the Match lake Rules.
Barbless hooks only.
Groundbait in pole cup and feeder only.
No floating baits.
No catmeat.
14 meter Pole length limit.
Maximum 60lb per keep net .
Zero tolerance on bankside litter.
it is fishery pellets that are available at the onsite shop
Yes you can use wafters on pole now but they Must have shot also . Any one caught fishing on the surface will be breaking the floating baits rule.

Holds carp bream roach ect pole feeder bomb all work
Thanks KEv, is it park behind pegs and has the bird life access to the cars?
Mainly carp but some good catches of bream on pole, four foot deep all over
Think some are park behind and some are car park and yes i am led to believe birdlife is about iepeacocks

Can we park by pegs?? Or is it a barrow needed??
Last time I fished Wetlands in the winter you could all the way around and park by your peg comfortable fishing with plenty of room
The only small walk is near the cafe
Sounds real good the park behind the peg bit. O0 O0 O0
Been confirmed today that you can park behind pegs, only a couple with a very short walk
A guy there said some pegs have a few low steps and others a flat walk to platform.
Park behind most pegs ony 4 or 5 with short walk :-[
Suggesting wagglers and Bombs as pole limit 14.5m
fish caught mixture all sorts! 100lb won at weekend
stamp of carp 3-4 lb to 17-18 lb
