Match 9 of the 2022 Winter League

£21 Pegging and Pools to be paid before Friday 17th March (Paypal - awilson12a@outlook.com), bank transfer (ask for details)

Please make yourself aware of any fishery rules and club rules

Confirmation needed from league members

Peg numbers will be appointed by a live draw live on Facebook on Friday 17th March

All anglers are encouraged to weigh in so as not to effect section points of league members. Any league member not weighing in will incur extra section points.

A no show or late notice (less than 7 days) will result in a £8.00 charge to cover the pegging fee so as not to effect the pools.

Confirmation needed from all winter league anglers.

All anglers to have valid rod licence with them at all times in case of checks - Big Bash Angling Club can not be held accountable if caught without a valid licence

Fishery rules

All nets to be dipped on site
Barbless hooks only; maximum size 12
No keep nets (matches excepted, 50 lb maximum per net)
No elasticated hook length method feeders or fixed feeders
No braided line
1kg groundbait or pellets (1/2kg groundbait 1/2kg pellets)
All loose feed pellets to be purchased on site
Groundbait applied by cup or feeder
No nuts, boilies, bloodworm, joker or meat (luncheon meat excepted)
No Floating Baits
No fish to be handled in rags
All fish to be landed and returned to the water by landing net
All fish to be returned to the water they were taken from
One rod only to be used at any time
All litter/rubbish to be taken away from the site
No tins on the pegs
No audible bite alarms
No music
No dogs

Matchmen please note: All nets to be laid out along the bank until 10 minutes before the start of your match. 50lb maximum per keep net. Rules subject to change, see bailiff.

Reminder to all club secretaries. Please remember to bring your own weighing in equipment. Due to a change in circumstances you will now be required to weigh in your own matches at busy times unless you are fishing on Sand Martin or Thistle.
