Anglers shall be held to have accepted all the risks in any incident, to the exercise of the right of fishing conferred by the ticket and shall have no claim against Hayton Lakes on the account of any accident or damage however sustained.
Keepnets to be emptied after 5 hours
Does that mean a 5 hour match ?
I think unless the fishery owners supply a concession it will be a 5 hour match. I think James Maude also attend a lake where a 5 hour match rule applies. All we can do I ask the owners.
I have spoken to owners and the rule is aimed at pleasure anglers as they allow them to use keepnets. The 6hour match is fine, we are also on Kingfisher lake and you can use your own pellets not fishery own.
Good man Jasper
We only fishing five hours ,,keep net rules ? Cheers
